Title: Sausage and Egg Casserole (M_c-Tx)

Yield: 5 Servings

6 Eggs, lightly beaten
1cSharp cheddar cheese grated
2cMilk
1tsDry mustard
6 Slices bread, crusts removed and cubed
1lbSausage--crumbled, fried and drained
1tsSalt

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9" x 13" baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 8-10. Gayle Baggett
